9.30am Friday weekly class each with Moons... back on the mat! Think of this a powerful weekly session that combines Yoga Asana, Meditation and Life Design with a teacher certified in all three key personal development modalities. Join Moons each Friday for a special blend of Yoga, Mindfulness, Meditation, Breathwork and Reflection. Each week will have a specific, new, powerful theme to focus on.

30/40mins Movement - mostly a deeply nourishing full body release and more of a focus on slow mindful holds rather than a vigorous class. Chill moves, tunes and vibes. We will then...Meditate - a much needed end of week deep deep rest, cosy/reclined/supported guided meditation for some healing restorative bliss. We will then...Reflection - ending the week and looking ahead to the weekend. Space to ponder and some prompts to nudge the heart open. A pause to step off the mat - on purpose.

Investment: E115 for 6x Sessions

T&Cs:
Sessions are booked as consecutive bookings for the stated weeks - no transfer
First option for next term will go to existing attendees.
Drop in spots may occasionally come available due to cancellation but not guaranteed.
Substitutes may be required if need arises (life arises!) but the specifically designed term/class plan will still be facilitated if this occurs.
