Monday 7.45pm Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga, at its core, is a meditative approach to yoga, emphasising passive stretching and aiming to cultivate a deeper internal awareness.

Unlike its yang counterparts (Vinyasa, Hatha or Yoga Slow on the schedule), which focus on muscle engagement and an energetic flow, Yin Yoga targets the deep connective tissues of the body such as the ligaments, joints, bones, and fascial networks. By holding poses for extended periods, typically between three to five minutes or even longer, practitioners are encouraged to tune into their bodies and minds, fostering a state of mindful stillness.

Done mostly on the ground - this grounding practice is the perfect way to start the week WELL!

This nourishing class will help wriggle out the sticky bits whilst also adding optional sprinkles of strength. It will leave the body feeling open and deeply relaxed - ready for a beautiful extended savasana meditation to finish! Open to beginners or regular practitioners alike!Investment E110 Enjoy!

9.30am Friday weekly class each with Moons... back on the mat! Think of this a powerful weekly session that combines Yoga Asana, Meditation and Life Design with a teacher certified in all three key personal development modalities. Join Moons each Friday for a special blend of Yoga, Mindfulness, Meditation, Breathwork and Reflection. Each week will have a specific, new, powerful theme to focus on.

30/40mins Movement - mostly a deeply nourishing full body release and more of a focus on slow mindful holds rather than a vigorous class. Chill moves, tunes and vibes. We will then...Meditate - a much needed end of week deep deep rest, cosy/reclined/supported guided meditation for some healing restorative bliss. We will then...Reflection - ending the week and looking ahead to the weekend. Space to ponder and some prompts to nudge the heart open. A pause to step off the mat - on purpose.

The Quiet Club

It's BACK! Fadó, fadó... this was a wonderful weekly event MUCH loved by all. Now it's back, more blissful then ever but now just in a juicy monthly Thursday form - hosted by Moons!

Post the mayhem years, now following a rebuild of our gorgeous community - we are craving a return of this blissful hang out. If you are curious about Meditation, in need of a guided chill out, wanting a new monthly ritual to attend solo or with some friends - this is for you!

Think... twinkly hues and firelight, soft music and occasional guest musicians, think...

snuggling down enjoying a guided meditation on cosy sheepskins & blankets,

marinating afterwards in peace and reflection,

journaling/day dream time - silent chill,

sipping warming drinks and nibbling healthy treats,

then being inspired by insightful discussion around the monthly theme,

further motivated by the curiosity, discourse and discussion that follows,

...a think POWERFUL yet PEACEFUL pause (that you then take OFF the mat into your life!).

Full details TBC closer to the event but the words/feelings that come to mind are deliciously restful, spacious, nourishing, clarifying, phone free, revealing, reviving and empowering.

This soulful escape will include Meditation and Life Design as it's main focus. Stillness & Change to help cultivate a life more aligned to you that feels better - that feels in more flow. But there will be lots of delicious space, time, discourse, insight, learning and revealings as well as a few yummy surprises along the way!

* We will work together apart on Project YOU through a series of practical data mining and dream weaving Life Design exercises in a beautiful small group gathering.

* We will be STILL together with soulful silence and guided Meditations.

* We will day dream on purpose with pockets of precious quiet time allowed for reflection, pondering and expanding Project You. (Time we never seem to usually find).

* We will have pauses to eat beautiful food and sip on sweet drinks brought up from Camerino Bakery below as Moons chats through various insights that hopefully motivate and inspire.

Time: 9am - 1pm

So many industries are now utilising the power of wellbeing practices to compliment the main body of their work and are seeking out guidance/training. You do not need to be a Yogi or have any previous training to undertake this course but it will also be hugely beneficial for those of you already working in this space who are looking to further polish their skills!

Join Moons in this 15 hour CPD Training which will leave you empowered to confidently lead client/students through the above and more! This in person training is located @moonsyogaloft Blackrock across a weekend 9am-4pm with some additional online/offline pre/post session work.

This will run across a weekend at The Loft with some supportive online delivery too. Deepen your understanding of this ancient wisdom tradition and the practices that support it's effective facilitation, acquire the skills needed to hold space for others or simply immerse in a weekend of learning, inspiration and community to enrich your own practice!

This experiential approach will allow for ample Q&A to ensure you finish feeling fully confident in your ability to develop this transformative life long habit. This course is hosted live online with limited numbers to ensure everyone is seen, heard and guided carefully to embody this wisdom.

You are provided guides for your support but which will not be required following the course completeion. What is also truly unique is the ongoing support; anyone who has completed any of Moons’ meditation trainings is invited each and every month to an online gathering of the community. Meditate, ask questions – a true way to help integrate and maintain this transformative practice.
