Tuesday 6.30pm Yoga Slow

6x Week Term - begins on Oct 14th - Nov 18th

Please note that once you are signed up you are automatically registered for the 6x consecutive weeks of class :)

This nourishing class will help wriggle out the sticky bits whilst also adding optional sprinkles of strength. It will leave the body feeling open and deeply relaxed - ready for a beautiful extended savasana meditation to finish! Open to beginners or regular practitioners alike!Investment E110 Enjoy!

T&Cs:
Sessions are booked as consecutive bookings for the stated weeks. Transfer of passes to other dates is not feasible .
First option for next term will go to existing attendees.
Drop in spots may occasionally come available due to cancellation but not guaranteed.
Substitutes may be required if need arises (life arises!) but the specifically designed term/class plan will still be facilitated if this occurs.
