
A 9.30am Friday weekly class each with Moons... back on the mat!

6x Week Term - begins on Jan 9th to Feb 13th
This 9.30am class will have a few more spicy options and a more fluid flow - FYI the later morning 10.45am class will be a little slower with longer yummy holds but... both won't be hugely different and as always, will be accessible mindful movement.
A special blend of Yoga, Mindfulness, Meditation, Breathwork and Insight. Each week will have a specific, new, powerful theme to focus on. Movement - a deeply nourishing full body release. Chill moves, tunes and vibes. We will then...Meditate - a much needed end of week deep deep rest, cosy/reclined/supported guided meditation for some healing restorative bliss.
We will then...Reflection - ending the week and looking ahead to the weekend. Space to ponder and some prompts to nudge the heart open. A pause to step off the mat - on purpose.
Although this class is probably not best for absolute beginners, if you have taken 4/5 or so classes you will glide into the flow of things nicely - we never have any crazy unattainable poses at this Studio!
